Introducing one of our two collaboration blends with Left Hand Roasters, blending tea and byproducts of coffee production in Northern Thailand!

This beautiful blend combines our Forest Friendly tea Lanna Green with coffee cherry, also known as cascara, which is the shell of the coffee fruit covering the bean used to make the coffee we all know and love.

Origin: Northern Thailand

Ingredients: Green tea, dried coffee cherry (cascara)

Brewing recommendation: 3g tea per 200ml water. 90c. 3 minutes brewing.
